Everything published here about Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Physiotherapy and Yoga is general information. It is not a diagnosis and not a prescription. No therapy listed on this site is offered on demand: our physicians decide what is appropriate for you after a consultation, and may decline or modify a therapy on clinical grounds.

If you have an urgent medical problem, contact a doctor or emergency service where you are. Do not wait for a reply from this website.

Disclosure of your health

You must tell us about existing conditions, medication, allergies, recent surgery and pregnancy before treatment begins, and update us if anything changes during your stay. Several of our therapies are not safe in particular conditions. If material information is withheld, we cannot accept responsibility for a resulting adverse effect, and we may end treatment.

Booking and payment

• A booking is confirmed when a deposit of twenty-five percent of the total stay value has cleared.
• The remaining seventy-five percent is settled on the day of arrival.
• We accept bank transfer in INR, USD, EUR and GBP, and card or Razorpay payments. Cash is accepted on arrival. A formal receipt is issued for the full amount.
• Rates are quoted per room and per session as published, and are subject to revision. The rate confirmed on your booking is the rate that applies to that stay.

Cancellation and refunds

• More than thirty days before arrival — full refund of the deposit.
• Fifteen to thirty days before arrival — fifty percent of the deposit is refunded.
• Within fifteen days of arrival — the deposit is held. In practice we routinely carry it forward to a future stay taken within twelve months.
• Medical emergencies are handled case by case, and we try to be reasonable.
• Refunds are returned by the route the payment arrived on. Bank and gateway charges, and exchange-rate movement on international transfers, are not recoverable by us and are borne by the payer.

Treatment fees

Individual therapy charges are published on our tariff page and are billed per session. Guests on a residential programme already have a prescribed daily therapy schedule included in the package rate; the published session fees apply to additional therapies, day visitors and out-patient care.

A separate rate applies to guests who are not Indian nationals. Amounts shown in US Dollars are indicative only and are provided for convenience: all billing is settled in Indian Rupees at the rate applying on the day of payment.

During your stay

This is a working clinical and residential facility, not a hotel. We ask guests to keep to the daily schedule they are given, follow the guidance of the physicians and therapists, respect the quiet of the campus and the privacy of other guests, and treat the buildings and grounds with care. We may ask a guest to leave, without refund, for conduct that endangers or seriously disturbs others.

Please do not bring valuables you cannot afford to lose. We are not liable for personal property left unattended.

Results

Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Physiotherapy and Yoga are supportive systems of care. Outcomes vary between individuals and depend on the condition, its duration, and how closely the prescribed regimen and diet are followed after you leave. We do not guarantee a particular result, and nothing on this website should be read as such a guarantee.

Donations

Many guests choose to donate to the Divya Prem Sewa Mission in addition to the cost of their stay. Donations are voluntary and separate from your bill. They are tax-exempt for Indian residents under section 80(G), and are accepted from overseas under FCRA. Reception issues receipts.
