Write to us. We will write back, by hand
No call centre, no agent, no commission. The number you call is answered by our intake desk, the email is read by a member of the founding team, and the physician’s calendar is held by the doctor herself. This is how to contact wellness retreat Haridwar care that still answers the phone.

You reach the mission
When you write to Divine Holistic Health Retreat, you are not reaching an outsourced booking team. The intake desk sits inside the hospital and retreat campus run by the Divya Prem Sewa Mission, the charitable trust founded in 1997 that owns this site. Our clinical leadership is signed off by the team profiled at dcmsh.com.
You speak to humans
Every channel ends at a person who knows the campus, the programmes, and the physicians. No keyword filters, no escalation queues, no AI gates.
No commission, no pressure
We do not pay agents and we do not take agent bookings. Every guest came directly. That keeps the pricing honest and the conversation calm.
Quiet hours, kept
Our phones close at 8 PM IST and reopen at 8 AM. WhatsApp goes unread for that window. We protect the team’s sleep the same way we protect yours.
Before you write, a few honest answers
-
How quickly will I hear back?
WhatsApp is fastest, average under four hours, often within minutes during the day. Email is within twenty-four hours, almost always the same day on weekdays, within six to twelve hours on Sundays. Phone is answered live during open hours, eight AM to eight PM Indian Standard Time, seven days a week.
-
Will the physician call me, or someone else first?
Your first conversation is with our intake desk. They listen, take a brief note of your medical situation, and offer to schedule the physician’s complimentary intake call. The physician handles the clinical conversation, not the desk. The intake call is forty-five minutes, in your time zone, with no obligation to proceed.
-
Do you take bookings through travel agents?
No. We do not work with travel agents or middlemen and we do not pay commission. Every booking comes through this contact page or through a direct introduction from a past guest. This keeps the tariff honest and the relationship direct from day one.
-
I have a complex medical history. Should I write through the medical line?
You can. doctor@divinehealthvillage.com reaches the physician’s secretary directly, with the doctor cc’d. For most enquiries the general inbox is faster because the intake desk schedules the call, then the physician sees the full case at the call. Either route works.
-
Can I visit the campus before booking?
Yes, by appointment with twenty-four hours notice. Most international guests do not, because the intake call already covers what a visit would, plus the doctor sees you. Local guests visit more often, especially before a longer stay.
-
How do I make a donation to the mission?
Write to donate@divinehealthvillage.com, or visit the parent mission’s page at divyaprem.co.in. Donations are tax-exempt for Indian residents under 80(G), and accepted from overseas under FCRA. Receipts are issued by return.
Pick up the phone
Whatever the question, whatever the channel, the people who answer have walked the gardens, met the physicians, and signed off your room. Write once. We will write back, properly.
